Congratulations on your upcoming birth or new baby! My name is Chelsea Fredlund of Peaceful Beginnings Birth Services and I would love to support you through this exciting period of your life. I offer services as both a DONA certified birth doula and a postpartum doula throughout the greater Sacramento Area. As a birth doula I will provide support throughout your pregnancy, during labor and birth, and during the immediate postpartum period.
